Lotus Studio, formerly GEIPL, is a creative and visionary IT company rooted in Bhutan. More than a rebrand, our evolution reflects a deeper commitment to creating technology and digital experiences guided by purpose, creativity, and meaningful impact.

Inspired by Bhutan's values of mindfulness, service, and intentional growth, we believe technology should do more than solve problems—it should strengthen human connections and create lasting value. Every project begins with a simple question: Does this truly serve?

Be accountable for the tasks you take on. This means:

Know what your task is: understand the domain and the details
You are responsible to deliver the result: you are there from the start to the finish doing what needs to doing until the result is delivered
The task is delivered on time
You are responsible to clear any obstacle that comes along the way. If the obstacle is outside of your control you are responsible to hand off the obstacle to the relevant person

Appreciation

Sharing appreciation keeps our relationships healthy and clear. Our human existence depends on our appreciation for life, the world around us and all sentient beings. It connects us with our own humanity.

Support

To achieve the impossible, keep motivated we all require support. From the CEO to each team member, we all need help and we all appreciate receiving support. We succeed and fail together.

When someone is not available we step in or step up to help fill the gap
We listen to the worries and concerns of each other
When someone has questions we make time to support them
Sometimes we are not ok and that is ok
Encouragement is support. Helping someone to get unstuck, overcome fear, or overcoming an obstacle is giving support
